It's A New Day...New Life

~Food Journal~
Breakfast- 2 pieces of white bread, cheese
Snack/Lunch- Wheat thins, lite cheese, ice cream sandwhich

~Thoughts~
I am tired of being overweight. I only need to lose 48 pounds. I would like to do this by June 1st. I do not like myself very much right now and I dont think that makes me a very good role model for my children. I am hoping to not only change my body, but how I perceive myself and my body. I have such a great husband who loves me and two great kids...I should be happy!
